### A closer look at each part

**Minced beef**

The small pieces of beef form the main serving. It is a different preparation from a bowl of larger beef cubes.

**Mitmita chilli spices**

The chilli seasoning is mixed through the beef so it flavours each bite.

**Herb-infused clarified butter**

The butter brings herbs and spices into the mixture and gives the mince a rich coating.

YOUR FIRST FEW BITES

## Settle in. *Take your time.*

THE FEEL

### Flavour & texture

A fine meat mixture with a butter coating; the texture changes with the cooking level requested.

THE FIRST BITE

### Start here

After confirming how it will be cooked, try a small amount with plain injera before adding anything else.

THE HOW

### Make it your own

Gather a little mince with a folded piece of injera, or use a fork. Ask what accompaniments come with the standard item.

**A note on preparation**Raw or cooked preparation is available according to the menu. Cheese and greens are explicitly listed with Kitfo Special, so do not assume the same sides here.
