## What’s on *this plate?*

This mixed salad is a fresh option alongside the cooked dishes. The menu lists tomato, chilli, avocado and onion with a homemade dressing. Its crunchy and creamy elements give you a change of texture between richer stews and meat dishes.

### A closer look at each part

**Tomato and onion**

These are chopped into the salad, adding juicy and crisp bites.

**Avocado**

Avocado brings a softer, creamy texture among the other vegetables.

**Chilli**

Chilli is listed in the salad. Ask about the amount if you prefer a gentler preparation.

**Mixed salad and dressing**

The reference image also shows a leafy, chopped-vegetable base. The homemade dressing brings it together; ask about its ingredients when needed.
